Starting at the beginning of the Summer, we reached out to the Barth’s to ask what it would take to sell our home in Buda, TX to relocate to San Marcos before the start of August. Both me and my wife are teachers in Hays CISD, so while it was unrealistic, being settled by the time school started was the obvious goal. Challenge accepted. Both Jason and Melinda worked tirelessly advertising, setting up visits, communicating with other realtors and really going above and beyond in helping us get what we wanted.
